You may gift/re-gift the adopt ONLY IF the adopt is going to a trusted friend of yours AND you let me know that you'll being doing so (obviously also who it's going to)
Minor redesigning is allowed, such as...
re-arranging a few colors and/or patterns
creating a new outfit(s)
adding or removing accessories
changing their personality
adjusting their body type and/or gender
creating alt versions of the design
All of the above is allowed so long as the design remains recognizable
Major redesigning is not allowed whatsoever, examples include
changing the species entirely
swapping out the whole color pallet for new colors
changing their aesthetic//vibe
adding features (wings, extra limbs, mech features, etc) that the design did not originally have
DO NOT CHANGE A DESIGN'S APPEARANCE SO MUCH SO THAT IT BECOMES UNRECOGNIZABLE
